Hi! I'm Lora.

Great to meet you. I'm Lora Nalberczinski, ENTERPRENEUR, SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST, PRACTICE OWNER, AND MOM OF TWO, DEDICATED TO HELPING YOU CREATE THE PRACTICE AND WORK-LIFE BALANCE OF YOUR DREAMS.

What I've Done:

I started my private practice in 2007, as a solo practitioner,

My practice sweet spot is currently:

  • 27 employees (25 Full Time) and a dozen interns/students
  • 2 locations
  • providing Speech, OT, and ABA
  • in-network with most insurance plans, Virginia Medicaid, and is a Certified Outpatient Rehab Facility under Medicare
  • 400 active clients
  • 6 school contracts
  • grossing over 1.5 million
  • experiencing very little staff turn over
  • not needing me to be there for the day to day
  • providing my family a healthy income
  • providing me time for family, personal growth, and practice love
Over the last 12 years we have also done physical therapy, Early Intervention contracting, IDD Waiver Services, Home Health contracting, Skilled Nursing Facility contracting, provided outpatient Counseling services, tutoring, summer camps, and a variety of other services. While the size of our practice is admirable, it is it's current size, because it's the fit that's right for me. It could be larger, smaller, or anywhere in between. i want to help you find your sweet spot too!

What I can offer you:

After 12 years in my private practice, I realized that there were very few consultants or coaches who have had businesses like mine, which resulted in having to self-learn, and learn many things the hard way! I want to be here for you, so you can avoid some of these pitfalls and love your practice. I have come to the realization that what brings me great joy is sharing my knowledge and experience with others to help them develop thriving practices.

my experience: I have personally fulfilled every role in my practice from marketing to accounting and payroll, billing, denial appeals, hiring, firing, and everything in between. I don’t always recommend you personally learn and do all of these yourself, but in having to learn every facet of the business I have gained a great understanding of every in and out of operating a private practice.

MY values: meeting the needs of my community, while providing a supportive and nurturing work environment for my team. I love empowering my team to be the best therapists or administrative staff they can be. We also need to be providing these services in a financially responsible manner which means having a financially stable and profitable business model.

my beliefs: I believe that every practice is different and what works for one practice may not work for the other. It is easy for the practice owner to suffer from stress and burn out, as we often work endless hours and can feel alone on this island. It doesn’t have to be this way. We can create our own community. You can have a practice that matches their values, is profitable, and that you love! Let me be your mentor, guru, and cheerleader!
